At Rachel’s, we stand behind the quality of our spices, coffee, tea, and popcorn. Because our products are consumable goods, we follow food safety guidelines while doing our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened items.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:- The item must be unopened and in original packaging- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or if there is a quality issue, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
